Ingredients:

  • bell peppers - 14 pcs.
  • tomatoes - 8 pcs.
  • onions - 2 pcs.
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • salt, sugar, pepper, bay leaves

Method of preparation:

1. Roast the peppers in an oven or frying pan. Peel.

2. Cut the onions into half rings.

3. Fry for 1-2 minutes. They should be crispy.

4. Grate the tomatoes or pass through a meat grinder and add to the fried onions.

5. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.

6. Season the hot sauce with salt, sugar and spices.

7. Let cool and then squeeze the garlic.

8. Pour the sauce over the roasted peppers and let it brew.

9. Eat the peppers cold, soaking the flavorful bread crumb in the resulting sauce.
