How to preserve peppers for winter deliciously.

Ingredients:

  • 14 bell peppers
  • 8 -10 tomatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • salt, sugar, pepper, bay leaf

Method of preparation:

1. Wash and bake the peppers.

2. Grate the tomatoes or beat them in a blender or meat grinder, add to the chopped onion and bring to a boil. Add salt, sugar, spices and grated garlic to the hot sauce.

Sauce for the dish.

3. Put the peppers in the jars, pour the sauce on top and close with lids.
