Bell peppers are an ideal vegetable for making delicious salads, sauces and appetizers. It can also be tasty canned with tomatoes, onions, and carrots.
The FoodOboz editorial team shares a recipe for delicious pickled bell peppers with tomatoes and onions.
Ingredients:
- 14 bell peppers
- 8 -10 tomatoes
- 2 onions
- 3 garlic cloves
- salt, sugar, pepper, bay leaf
Method of preparation:
1. Wash and bake the peppers.
2. Grate the tomatoes or beat them in a blender or meat grinder, add to the chopped onion and bring to a boil. Add salt, sugar, spices and grated garlic to the hot sauce.
3. Put the peppers in the jars, pour the sauce on top and close with lids.
