- eggs - 3 pcs.
- milk - 150 ml.
- butter - 40 g
- flour - 100 g
- sugar - 100 g
- baking powder - 1 tsp.
- vanilla essence - 4 drops
- walnuts - 50 g
Method of preparation:
1. Combine eggs, sugar, milk, melted butter, and vanilla essence in a bowl.
2. Mix with a mixer.
3. Add the flour and baking powder.
4. Beat again with a mixer.
5. Peel and slice the apples.
6. Combine everything and pour into a greased mold.
7. Chop the toasted walnuts with a knife and sprinkle on top of the cake.
8. Bake in the oven at 170 degrees for 45 minutes.
