Minute pie: how to make a delicious and simple dessert for tea

A tea pie is a simple, but the best homemade treat. You can make them with different doughs, as well as use pita bread and make a dessert even without dough. The fillings can be made from a variety of products: meat, fish, cabbage, seafood, onions, eggs, fruits, cheese, berries.

Cook Olha Matviy shared a recipe for a delicious, homemade pie on her YouTube channel that always turns out well.

Ingredients:

  • Eggs - 3 pcs.
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Sugar - 200 g
  • Vegetable oil - 90 ml
  • Milk - 200 ml
  • Flour - 400 g
  • Baking powder - 2 tsp.
  • Apricot jam (any other, fruit or berries) - 1.5 cups

Method of preparation:

1. Beat eggs with salt into a fluffy foam.

2. Pour in the sugar and continue whisking, then pour in the oil and milk, whisk again.

3. Mix the flour with the baking powder and add it to the egg mixture in two stages.

4. Put the dough into a greased mold.

5. Top with berries or jam, fruit and bake for 40 minutes at 180°C.

The finished pie is best eaten chilled!
