Mini samsa appetizer with meat: vanishes in minutes
Uzbek samsa is not just a pie with filling, as most people are used to calling it. It is a completely independent dish that is made from a specific dough and using special technology at high temperatures. This dish perfectly combines meat and vegetable fillings, which makes samsa quite versatile.

Ingredients:
- ready-made puff pastry
- fillet - 1 pc
- egg - 1 pc
- onion - 1 pc
- carrot - 1 pc
- cabbage - 600 g
- salt, pepper
- sesame seeds
Method of preparation:
1. Chop the fillet, onion, and cabbage, and grate the carrots.
2. Fry the fillet with onions and carrots.
3. Add cabbage, salt and pepper. Pour a little water to cover the bottom. Simmer under the lid until all the liquid has evaporated.
4. Roll out the dough thinly and cut into 10 cm squares. Put the filling and make triangles.
5. Put on a baking sheet. Spread with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
6. Bake at 180 degrees for 12 minutes.
