Blogger Lyubov Tsvirkun shared on Instagram how to make and beautifully serve mini-pancakes, which are ideal for a children's table. She also showed what kind of filling would taste great with them.
Ingredients for pancakes
- Eggs - 5 pcs
- Milk - 500 ml
- Sugar - 3 tbsp
- Flour - 3-5 tbsp
- Salt - a pinch
- Vanilla sugar - to taste
- Oil - 4 tbsp
Ingredients for the filling
- Cottage cheese
- Eggs
- Sugar
Method of preparation
1. Mix all the ingredients in a deep bowl.
2. Stir until the lumps are completely dissolved. You can use a blender.
3. Fry the pancakes until cooked on both sides.
4. Prepare the filling. Mix all the ingredients until smooth.
5. Cut each pancake into 4 pieces.
6. Put the filling on each quarter.
7. Fold the wide edges together.
8. Roll the rest of the pancake into a tube.
