- Minced meat - 400 gr
- Puff pastry - 500 gr
- Onion - 1 pc
- Corn
- Tomatoes in their own juice - 400 g
- Hot sauce
- Cheese
- Cilantro or parsley
- Egg - 1 pc
- Salt
- Pepper
The way of cooking
1. Dice the onion and fry in a pan.
2. Add the minced meat and fry again.
3. Add the tomatoes in their own juice and stew.
4. Add salt, pepper, hot sauce to taste.
5. Add the corn, mix well and simmer for a few minutes.
6. Defrost the puff pastry and roll it out a little with a rolling pin.
7. Divide the dough into two equal parts. Put the filling and pieces of cheese on one of them. Cover with the other half of the dough.
8. Close the edges of the dough, brush with egg yolk and send it to bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
