Ingredients:
- 2 potatoes
- a can of sardines or tuna (in its own juice)
- pickled onions
- 2 carrots
- 2 processed cheeses
- 3 eggs (divided into white and yolk)
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the potatoes and carrots, grate the eggs and cheese.
2. Cut the onion into small cubes and marinate.
3. Assemble the salad in layers, brushing the layers with mayonnaise, sprinkle with grated egg yolk on top.
