Ingredients:
- Onions - 2 pcs.
- Chicken thighs - 6 pcs.
- Pork - 350 g
- Salt - to taste
- Bay leaf - 2 pcs.
- Peppercorns - 7-10 pcs.
- Pickled cucumbers - 5-6 pcs.
- Garlic - 4 cloves.
- Paprika - 1.5 tsp.
- Broth - 350 ml
- Gelatin - 10 g
Method of preparation:
- Chop the meat and onion, add salt, pepper, bay leaf and peppercorns.
- Pour boiling water over everything and cook until tender for an hour and a half, making sure to skim off the foam.
- Then strain the broth through a colander, let it cool completely and chop the meat, add garlic, paprika, and salt, and mix well.
- Take the tin molds and place the baking bags tied at the bottom.
- Peel and chop the cucumbers.
- Soak the gelatin, put it in 350 ml of broth, heat it well and pour it into the broth.
- Then pour most of the broth into the meat.
- Put the meat, cucumbers, and meat again in the bottom of the molds, pour the broth over the meat, tie the bags well, and refrigerate overnight.
The finished dish can be eaten with soup, salads, and will be delicious even with bread.
