Ingredients:
- Crab sticks - 300 gr
- Hard cheese - 100 gr
- Garlic - 3-4 cloves
- Eggs - 3 pcs
- Salt
- Pepper
- Breadcrumbs
Method of preparation
1. Boil two eggs, cool them, and peel off the shells. Put them in a blender bowl.
2. Remove the crab sticks from the wrapper and place them in the bowl.
3. Grate the cheese and add to the other ingredients.
4. Add salt, pepper, garlic, and raw egg and beat until smooth.
5. Form the patties.
6. Roll the cutlets in breadcrumbs and fry in a frying pan with vegetable oil until golden on both sides.
