Meatball and pasta soup: the perfect first course for lunch or dinner
Although meatball soup is made from a minimal set of products, it turns out to be extremely tasty and satisfying. In addition to juicy meatballs, pasta or cereal adds a special nutritional value. This is perfecr if you don't know what to cook for lunch quickly.

Ingredients:
- water - 2 liters
- potatoes - 3 pcs
- onion - 1/2 pcs
- carrots - 1 pc
- pasta
- pepper
- bay leaf
- peppercorns
- allspice
- onion and dill
Meatballs:
- minced meat - 400 g
- onion - 1/2 pcs
- garlic - 1-2 cloves
- salt, pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Grate the carrots and chop the onion. Fry the vegetables in vegetable oil or lard in a saucepan.
2. Pour water and bring to a boil.
3. Meanwhile, chop the potatoes and add to the boiling water. Cook until tender for about 15-20 minutes.
4. Meanwhile, prepare the meatballs. Grind the onion and garlic in a blender.
5. Mix the resulting mass with the minced meat. Add salt and pepper. Mix well.
6. Form meatballs and add to the broth. Cook for 15 minutes.
7. Add pasta and cook for a few more minutes.
8. Add bay leaves, peppercorns, allspice, salt and pepper.
9. Chop the herbs and add at the end of cooking. Leave to brew for 10 minutes.
