The salad with pickled onions and chicken is quick and budget-friendly, suitable for everyday and festive meals. Despite the simplest ingredients, the salad is delicious and eaten with great pleasure. The classic mayonnaise dressing can be replaced with plain sour cream or Greek yogurt. You can also add herbs: dill, parsley, or green onions.

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the onion into half rings and pour boiling water over it. Leave for 15 minutes, then squeeze out excess water and sprinkle with apple cider vinegar.

2. Chop the dill and mix with the onion.

3. Cut the bell pepper into strips.

4. Chicken fillet pre-boil and randomly cut or separate the meat by hand.

5. Mix all the prepared ingredients, add salt, pepper and season with mayonnaise.
