Meat pita bread in one minute: a recipe for a hearty and quick snack dish
Pita bread can be the basis for making delicious and quick shawarma, as well as tubes with various fillings. Pita bread can also be used to make desserts and chips.
Hector Jimenez-Bravo shared a recipe on Instagram for a delicious and satisfying pita bread dish with minced meat, sour cream, and vegetables.
Ingredients:
- Round pita bread - 1 pc.
- Minced meat - 150 g
- Paprika - 3 g
- Black pepper - 3 g
- Salt - 1 g
Filling:
- Sour cream - 50 g
- Green onion - 5 g
- Pickled cucumber - 20 g
- Salt
Filling:
- Tomato - 20 g
- Blue onion - 10 g
- Cilantro - 5 g
Tip: fry without oil if the minced meat is pork!
Method of preparation:
1. Add spices and onions to the minced meat and mix. Put the minced meat on the pita bread.
2. Fry, remove and spread sour cream on top. Top with chopped green onion, tomato, pickle, onion and cilantro.
3. Roll the pita bread in half and cut it.
