Few people refuse to eat hearty, ruddy, and crispy meat pasties. This dish is prepared in very primitive stalls, but there are always people near them. The quality of this product is rather questionable. Therefore, it is better to cook them at home.

Ingredients:

  • water in which the potatoes were boiled - 500 ml
  • vegetable oil - 5 tbsp
  • flour - 800-900 g
  • salt - a pinch
  • sugar - a pinch
  • dry yeast - 12 g

You can choose the filling to your liking:

  • meat
  • cheese
  • potatoes
  • cabbage

Method of preparation:

1. Mix warm water, yeast, and sugar and leave for 5-10 minutes.

2. Add all other ingredients and knead soft dough.

3. Cover the dough with cling film and leave it for 30 minutes. No need to roll it out.

4. Tear off a piece, knead it with your hands, put the filling in the middle, wrap the edges, and form meat pasties.

5. Fry in a large amount of oil until golden brown.

  • cabbage - 700 g
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • 1 onion (large)
  • ketchup - 2 tbsp.
  • salt, ground black pepper.

1. Simmer the diced onion over low heat until soft.

2. Add the carrots grated on a coarse grater. Cook until soft.

3. Chop the cabbage, and stew, and add ketchup.
