Chicken fillet can be made juicy even in a skillet. Moreover, it is an ideal idea to combine it with cereals at once and stew everything. It will be very satisfying.

The idea of cooking juicy chicken with bulgur and vegetables is published on the Instagram page of food blogger Oksana Dorosh (oksana dorosh rezeptu). Also add seasonal vegetables.

Ingredients:

  • chicken drumsticks or thighs - 3-5 pcs.
  • bulgur - 1 cup
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • pepper - 2 pcs.
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • tomato paste - 70 g
  • water - 500 ml.
  • salt, sugar, spices - to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Season the chicken with spices.

2. Season with salt and fry in a saucepan on both sides until half cooked.

3. Then put the chicken on a plate and fry the chopped onion and garlic in the same saucepan until soft.

4. Then add the chopped pepper and cook until half cooked.

5. Pour bulgur on top and salt, then put the fried chicken, pour tomato sauce (pasta, water, sugar, salt).

6. Cover with a lid and wait until fully cooked.
