Meat and egg roll: how to make a delicious and juicy appetizer

Ingredients
- pork - 250 g
- beef - 250 g
- milk - 50 ml
- eggs - 4 pcs
- onions - 1 pc
- breadcrumbs - 1 tbsp
- nutmeg
- salt
- pepper
- oil - 1 tbsp
- ketchup - 1 tbsp
The way of preparation
1. Cut the meat into random pieces and pass it through a meat grinder twice.
2. Pour in cold milk, mix well, and leave in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
3. Meanwhile, make 3 hard-boiled eggs.
4. Grate the onion on a fine grater and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
5. When the minced meat has settled, beat it well with your hands, add the fried onion, salt, pepper, nutmeg, beaten egg and breadcrumbs. Mix everything thoroughly.
6. Form the base. Put the minced meat on the cling film and spread it evenly with your hands (1 finger thick).
7. Put the peeled eggs on top, wrap tightly and form a roll.
8. Put it on a baking sheet covered with parchment, brush it with oil and bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
9. Take out, spread ketchup on top and bake for another 10 minutes until the ketchup turns into a golden brown crust.
