Method of preparation:

1. First, mix milk with water and sugar, put it on the fire and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium.

2. Wash and peel the ginger root, grate it on a fine grater and add it to the boiling milk.

3. Next, prepare the spice mixture: mix or grind everything well and add to the milk.

4. After two minutes, add the tea leaves and boil for about five minutes.

  • Moroccan tea

The peculiarity of this tea is that it can be drunk cold in summer and hot in winter. And its overall effect depends on what time of day you drink it.   • mint - 2 tsp

Method of preparation:

1. First, you need to dilute honey in water and heat the mixture a little.

2. Dissolve sugar in water separately and boil it.

3. Combine the two mixtures and cook until smooth.

4. Cook all the spices in the remaining water for 20 minutes and then let it brew for another 10 minutes.

5. Strain the water and add the honey-sugar mixture to it.
