Marinated zucchini with garlic and spices: you can eat in a few hours

In addition to a variety of preparations, zucchini can be deliciously pickled. All you need is your favorite spices, garlic, and herbs. All you have to do is mix everything and leave it in the fridge for a few hours. It turns out to be a very tasty quick appetizer.
Food blogger Myroslava Krutii shared a recipe for instant marinated zucchini with spices and herbs on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- zucchini - 1 kg
- salt - 1 tbsp
- sugar - 1 tsp.
- garlic - 4 cloves
- vinegar - 1 tbsp \ lemon juice
- pepper
- dill
Method of preparation:
1. Zucchini cut into cubes.
2. Mix the zucchini with all the spices and herbs. Mix thoroughly.
3. Put the zucchini in a jar or other container. Put in the refrigerator for 8-10 hours. Stir the appetizer from time to time.
