Made from cream and condensed milk: safe homemade ice cream with strawberry jam
If you want truly safe ice cream, it's best to make it at home with fresh and safe products. You only need 1 or 2.3 ingredients.
The cook shared a recipe for delicious homemade ice cream made from cream, condensed milk, and jam on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- Fatty cream 33% – 250 g
- Mascarpone – 200 g
- Condensed milk – 200 g
- Vanilla
- Strawberries – 250 g
- Honey – 50 g
- Sugar – 50 g
- Juice of half a lemon
- Biscuits – 150-200 g
Method of preparation:
1. Whip the cream with mascarpone. Add condensed milk, and vanilla and whisk again.
2. For the jam: boil the strawberries with honey, sugar, and lemon juice. Mash a little with a fork. Boil until thick. Or you can just use ready-made homemade jam.
3. Break the cookies at random.
4. Layer the ice cream: cream base, a little jam, cookies, and so on until you run out of ingredients. Put it in the freezer for 4-6 hours.
