Lush sponge cake in a multicooker: the simplest recipe for a successful dessert
A sponge cake is a base and a dessert in one, as it can be used to make separate desserts, or you can simply spread the cakes with cream and you will get the perfect dish for tea. It is worth noting that almost all housewives have faced such a problem when the sponge cake fell and turned out thin. It is all because of non-compliance with the proportions.
Culinary expert Yevhen Klopotenko shared a recipe for a delicious and fluffy sponge cake made in a multicooker on his website.
Cook's tip: when the multicooker turns off, leave the sponge cake for 15 minutes without opening it. Then open it, let it cool, and then remove it.
Ingredients:
- eggs - 5 pcs.
- sugar - 200 g
- flour - 160 g
- butter - 20 g
- salt - a pinch
Method of preparation:
1. Crack the eggs into a glass bowl, add a pinch of salt, sugar and vanilla sugar and beat until the mass increases 3 times.
2. Next, add flour in small portions so that the bulk does not "fall off".
3. Grease the multicooker bowl with butter.
4. Carefully pour the batter into it and cook in a Baking mode for 40 minutes. If this mode is not available, you can use the Multicooking mode at 175 C for 40 minutes.
5. Be sure to let the sponge cake cool in the multicooker and only then take it out.
