You can make both classic and chocolate sponge cake with condensed milk and butter. To make it fluffy and tall, you need to follow the exact proportions.

The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for a very fluffy, tall and delicious sponge cake, which requires only 4-5 eggs.

Ingredients:

  • 4-5 eggs at room temperature (240 g)
  • 160 g of sugar
  • 80 g of flour
  • 60 g of almond flour
  • 30 g of coconut flakes
  • 30 g of corn starch
  • 1 tsp. baking powder

Method of preparation:

1. Beat the eggs at room temperature with a pinch of salt. When bubbles appear, add a little sugar.

2. Sift the flour, starch, and baking powder separately. Add the coconut and mix with a whisk.

3. Add the flour to the prepared egg mixture and mix gently with a spatula from the bottom up.

4. Put the dough in the mold and bake for 30 minutes, at the 25th minute you can open the oven and check the finished sponge cake with a skewer.
