Marichka_cooking shared the idea of making perfect cinnabons on her Instagram page. The fondant for the cinnabons according to this recipe is very creamy and tender, because it is made on the basis of cream cheese and butter.

Ingredients for the dough:

  • flour - 450 g
  • warm milk - 180 ml
  • butter - 50 g
  • sugar - 50 g
  • egg - 2 pcs
  • salt - a pinch
  • dry yeast - 15 g

For the sprinkle :

  • sugar - 100 g
  • cinnamon - 13 g
  • soft butter - 80 g

For the fondant :

  • cream cheese - 170 g
  • soft butter - 40 g
  • powdered sugar - 100 g

Method of preparation:

1. Make a dough: mix warm milk with yeast and 3-4 tablespoons of flour, and wait for bubbles to appear.

2. Mix flour, sugar, salt, eggs and dough. Add the butter in 3 additions and knead the dough for 10-15 minutes.

3. Cover with foil and let the dough rise in a warm place for 2.5 to 3 hours.

4. Mix sugar and cinnamon for sprinkling.

5. Put the dough on a floured table and roll it into a rectangle. Spread it with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.

6. Wrap in a roll, divide into parts.

7. Put into a mold, and press down a little with your hand.

8. Put in an oven preheated to 50 degrees to let them rise.

9. Take out in 10 minutes.

10. Preheat the oven to 170-180 degrees, and bake for 25-30 minutes.

11. Make the fondant: mix all the ingredients with a spatula until smooth.

12. Lubricate the cinnabons.
