This dessert is ideal for those who have a sweet tooth but care about their figure because it is made from just two ingredients without added sugar and a variety of high-calorie fillings and dough.
The banana will give off natural malt and thicken the mass, while the chocolate will give a slight tartness, delicate taste and aroma. The idea was published on manisha_pp_'s Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- peeled bananas - 300 g
- dark chocolate - 200 g (74% cocoa)
Method of preparation:
1. Beat the bananas in a blender.
2. Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
3. Mix the prepared masses.
4. Cover the mold with cling film
5. Pour in the finished mixture.
6. Place in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours.
