Although puff pastry and custard are an extremely tasty combination, they are quite high in calories. For those who are ready to eat Napoleon every day, there is a more dietary alternative. You can make your favorite dessert based on pita bread, and use a natural sweetener instead of sugar – it's a real find.

The recipe for Napoleon made from pita bread was published on the yammy_mylife_ culinary blog on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • rice flour – 30 g
