Low-calorie charlotte in 5 minutes: what is the secret of the dessert
The popular and favorite dessert charlotte can be prepared in a completely new way, namely in the microwave. It takes only 5 minutes. And if you choose healthier flour and natural sweetener, the charlotte will be quite low in calories.
The recipe was shared by food blogger Liza (liza_tasty_blog) on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- eggs – 1 pc
- sour cream – 2 tbsp
- sweetener
- baking powder – 1\2 tsp
- whole wheat flour – 2 tbsp.
- apples – 1 pc
Method of preparation:
1. Mix the egg, sour cream, sweetener, and baking powder.
2. Add the flour. Stir until smooth.
3. Peel and chop the apple. Add to the dough and mix.
4. Bake in the microwave for 4 minutes.
5. Garnish with cinnamon and Greek yogurt if desired.
