Low-calorie Bird's Milk soufflé without baking: dessert in minutes
When you really want something sweet for tea, no-bake desserts are a great way to save the day. Interestingly, some of them can be made from the simplest ingredients. For example, chocolate soufflé "Bird's milk", which is an interpretation of the famous dessert. The souffle turns out very tender, mousse, and most importantly - not too caloric.

Ingredients:
- milk - 300 ml
- cocoa - 15 g
- sour milk curd - 125 g
- water - 100 ml
- agar-agar - 10 g
- sweetener
Method of preparation:
1. Add sweetener, cocoa, water and agar-agar to milk. Put on the fire and cook until the ingredients are completely dissolved.
2. When the mixture cools a little, gradually add cottage cheese. Stir.
3. Pour the mixture into a plastic bottle. Put in the refrigerator for 5 hours.
4. Before serving, garnish with cocoa.
