Low-calorie banana cheesecake: how to replace the usual ingredients

Cheesecake has always been considered a rather high-calorie dessert because it is based on a layer of shortcrust pastry and a lot of cottage cheese filling. But if you replace some ingredients, this cake will turn out to be quite dietary, moderately sweet, and very tender. And the cooking technology is much simpler than the traditional one.

Low-calorie banana cheesecake recipe

Ingredients for the base:

  • oat flour – 130 g
  • eggs – 1 pc
  • butter – 7 g
  • milk – 40 g
  • sweetener – to taste
  • salt – a pinch
Oat flour for dough

Ingredients for the cottage cheese filling:

  • ripe banana – 140 g
  • soft cottage cheese – 140 g
  • cottage cheese – 80 g
  • milk – 50 g
  • eggs – 1 pc
  • corn starch – 25 g

Method of preparation of the base:

1. Melt the butter.

2. Mix the egg with sugar substitute, salt, milk, and oil.

3. Add the flour, and mix well with a spoon and hands. Add more milk or flour if necessary.

4. Spread the dough in the mold, forming the sides.

Cottage cheese for the base

Prepare the cottage cheese filling:

1. Beat all ingredients with an immersion blender.

2. Pour the mixture onto the base.

3. Put in the oven for an hour at 160 g.

4. Cool in the oven, then put in the refrigerator overnight.

Preparing a delicate cheese filling

5. In the morning, carefully remove from the mold and decorate to taste. ⠀
