Instead of a variety of pies and casseroles, you can make a healthy peach dessert. You don't even have to bake it. The base is ordinary gelatin, so the mass will harden very quickly. No heat treatment is required for any product.
The idea of preparing a no-bake diet dessert was published on the Instagram page of chef Alex Mil (mil alexx fit). Such a dish will definitely not harm your figure.
Ingredients:
- water - 50 g +10 g gelatin
- cottage cheese - 150 g
- milk - 150 ml
- peaches - 150 g
- sugar substitute - 2 tbsp
Method of preparation:
1. Pour water over the gelatin and leave to swell.
2. Put cottage cheese, milk, sugar substitute and peaches in a bowl.
3. Beat with a blender until smooth.
4. Melt the swollen gelatin.
5. Add to the curd mass and mix.
6. Pour into bowls and leave in the refrigerator for an hour.
