Liver pancake cake has long been a cult dish and one of the favorites at all feasts. It hides the bitter taste of liver well, so it is perfect for those who are not very fond of this product. Liver pancake cake is prepared using the same technology every time, but if you change the presentation, the dish will sparkle with completely different colors.

Ingredients:

For the batter:

  • chicken liver - 1 kg
  • eggs - 3 pcs
  • flour - 4 tbsp
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • dried garlic - 1 tsp

For the first filling:

  • carrots - 200 g
  • onion - 1 pc
  • salt, pepper

For the second filling:

  • mushrooms - 200 g
  • onion - 1 pc
  • salt, pepper

Additionally:

  • mayonnaise
  • garlic - 1-2 cloves
  • salt, pepper

For the decoration:

  • boiled eggs - 2 pcs
  • herbs

Method of preparation:

1. First, you need to prepare the batter. Wash, peel and beat the liver in a blender. Add the rest of the ingredients and beat again.

2. Pour the resulting batter onto a baking sheet evenly. Bake at 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes until tender.

3. Cool and cut into small circles.

4. Prepare the first filling. Grate the carrots on a fine grater and cut the onion into small cubes. Fry until tender, add salt and pepper, and cool.

5. Prepare the seond filling. Cut the mushrooms and onions into small cubes. Fry until tender, add salt and pepper, and cool.

6. Form the cakes. Lay out the ingredients as follows: liver pancake, mayonnaise, mushroom filling, mayonnaise, pancake, mayonnaise, carrot filling, mayonnaise, and pancake.
