Ingredients:

  • Liver - 500-600 g
  • Flour - 2 tbsp. l
  • Egg - 1 pc.
  • Onion - 1 pc.
  • Potatoes - 1 pc.
  • Carrot - 1 pc.
  • Olive oil - 2 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Seasonings - to taste
  • Hard cheese - 100 g for decoration on top

Method of preparation:

1. Peel the liver, cut into large pieces. Peel and chop the onion coarsely. Transfer to a blender and blend until smooth. Add the egg, flour, salt, olive oil and blend again.

2. Peel and grate the carrots and potatoes on a fine grater. Add half of the carrots to the total mass and whisk again.

3. Mix the potatoes and the rest of the carrots and fry in vegetable oil.

4. Heat a frying pan and fry the pancakes for the base.

5. Assemble the cake; you can add garlic to the mayonnaise. Spread the top pancake with mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated cheese.
