Liver cake with carrots and onions: a recipe for tender and fluffy pancakes
The liver cake is based on tender and fluffy liver pancakes and a juicy filling: carrots, onions, mushrooms, fresh vegetables, and herbs. You can use either regular mayonnaise, cream cheese, or sour cream for the filling.

Ingredients:
- beef liver - 1 kg
- onion - 1 pc
- eggs - 3 pcs
- sour cream - 2 tbsp
- flour - 2 tbsp
- sunflower oil - 2 tbsp
- salt, allspice
The filling:
- onions
- carrot
- mayonnaise
Method of preparation:
1. Liver and onions grind through a meat grinder.
2. To the resulting mass add the eggs, sour cream, flour, oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
3. Fry the pancakes in a dry frying pan.
4. For the filling, chop the onion and grate the carrots. Fry until soft.
5. Assemble the cake, greasing each pancake with mayonnaise and frying. You can also use mushrooms, tomatoes, and Korean carrots for the filling.
6. Garnish with herbs as desired.
