Lilia Rebryk shared a recipe for her family's favorite breakfast dish
This is a very easy-to-prepare and low-calorie dish that is ideal for breakfast or even for a festive table – salmon and avocado toast. They are quite satisfying and dietary at the same time. Just a few minutes of your time and a spectacular appetizer for the whole family is ready. The key is to choose a ripe avocado.
The idea of preparing such a simple dish was shared by the famous Ukrainian TV presenter Lilia Rebryk on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- several slices of whole wheat bread
- Philadelphia cheese
- avocado - 1 pc.
- cucumber - 1 pc.
- a handful of radish sprouts
- lemon juice - 2 tsp.
- a few pieces of lightly salted salmon
Method of preparation:
1. Dry the slices of bread in a toaster oven or in a dry frying pan until crispy.
2. Spread with cream cheese.
3. Wash the avocado, cut it in half and remove the pit.
4. Use a spoon to separate the flesh from the avocado walls and place on a plate.
5. Cut the avocado into slices and spread on the cream cheese, then drizzle with lemon juice for flavor.
6. Top with fish slices and thin cucumber slices, sprinkle with radish sprouts.
These sandwiches are ideal for those who keep their figure.
