Light yogurt dessert with cherries: for those on a diet
You can crave sweets in any weather. But if you have such a desire in the summer, when it's really hot outside, it's better to give preference to a cool dessert that will not only satisfy your sweet tooth but also cool your body.
A food blogger with the nickname valerikiry on Instagram told us how to make a delicious and refreshing summer dessert. She also added that it is somewhat reminiscent of Bird's Milk and is perfect for those who are on a diet.
Ingredients
- cinnamon - 1 tsp.
- gelatin - 6 grams
- water - 30 ml
- yogurt - 200 ml
- cherries without pits - 200 g
- honey - 1 tbsp.
Method of preparation
1. Pour water over gelatin and leave to swell.
2. Beat the yogurt with cherries and honey in a blender. Strain through a sieve.
3. Heat the gelatin in the microwave until it dissolves.
4. Add the gelatin to the yogurt mass in a thin stream while whisking with a blender.
5. Pour into glass dishes and refrigerate for several hours. Garnish as desired and serve.
