Light summer salad of greens, avocado and red fish: what to dress with
The combination of green vegetables and red fish is ideal for light summer salads. But don't dress such foods with mayonnaise because it will definitely not be a dietary dish. In this case, olive oil, lemon juice, and honey are perfect.

Ingredients:
- mix of greens
- cherry tomatoes
- avocado
- lightly salted trout
- cream cheese
Ingredients for the dressing:
- olive oil - 2 tbsp.
- soy sauce - 2 tbsp
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- honey - 0.5 tsp
- American mustard - 1 tsp.
- French mustard - 1 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. For the dressing, mix all ingredients until smooth.
2. Cut the fish into strips.
3. Spread each with cream cheese.
4. Wrap in rolls.
6. Put the mix of greens, halved cherry tomatoes, avocado slices and fish rolls on a plate.
7. Pour the dressing generously over the salad.
