If you really want to try a delicious salad but don't have time to cook, you should pay attention to this recipe. In just a few minutes, you'll have an incredibly tasty, and most importantly, healthy salad on your table.

A food blogger with the nickname iriska dimitrova shared how to make a salad with vegetables and tuna on Instagram. She also said that this salad is quite healthy and has an interesting dressing.

Ingredients:

  • Avocado - 1 pc
  • Cucumber - 1 pc
  • Tomato - 1 pc
  • Boiled eggs - 2 pcs
  • Canned tuna - 1 can
  • Canned corn - ½ can

Ingredients for the dressing:

  • Greek yogurt - 2-4 tbsp
  • Mustard - 1/3 tsp
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Method of preparation:

1. Dice the avocado, cucumber, tomato, and eggs and put them in a deep bowl.

2. Drain the tuna, mash a little with a fork, and add to the future salad.

3. Add the canned corn.

4. In a separate container, mix the Greek yogurt with mustard, salt and pepper.

5. Add the finished dressing to the salad and mix well.
