Light salad with shrimp and nut dressing: how to prepare a spectacular appetizer for a festive table

This salad is quite satisfying at light at the same time. This is because it is prepared with shrimp. And instead of oil, mayonnaise or sour cream, it will be delicious to make a nut dressing.

The idea of preparing a light salad with shrimp and nut dressing was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Daria Ivanova (eatme_daily). The taste of the dish will pleasantly surprise you.

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • salad mix with arugula - 200 g
  • shrimp - 300 g (peeled and thawed)
  • small oranges - 2 pcs.
  • mozzarella in brine - 200 g

Ingredients for the sauce:

  • soy sauce - 50 ml.
  • balsamic vinegar - 20 ml.
  • oil - 40 ml.
  • peeled almonds or cashews - 50 g
  • powdered sugar - 20 g
  • garlic - 1 clove

Method of preparation:

1. For the dressing, place all ingredients in the blender bowl.

2. Blend until smooth.

3. Defrost the shrimp, peel, and remove the insides.

4. Fry the peeled shrimp in a pan with 1 tbsp of oil for 1 minute on both sides.

5. Peel the orange so that there is no white film.

6. Put the washed and dried lettuce, cheese, oranges and shrimp on a plate and mix.

7. Season with the sauce and mix again immediately before serving.
