If you have eggs left over from Easter, you should put them to good use. One such option is an egg pate recipe. This is a simple, almost elementary dish that can be prepared without any hassle.

A food blogger with the nickname recepti_dariko knows exactly how to make egg pate. She shared on Instagram what this dish tastes best with.

Ingredients

  • Eggs - 5 pcs
  • Walnuts - 50 gr
  • Garlic - 2-3 cloves
  • Butter - 40-50 gr
  • Dill - a bunch
  • Salt
  • Pepper - a bunch

Method of preparation

1.Boil the eggs and cool them completely, then peel them.

2. Peel the walnuts.

3. Combine all the ingredients in a blender bowl and grind until smooth.

4. Add salt, pepper, and your favorite spices to taste.

5. Serve with toasted bread and cucumber on top.
