Light and tasty 5-ingredient salad: for a festive table and for every day
Salads are a dish for any occasion. In summer, it's best to make vegetable salads with seasonal products and light dressings. In the fall and winter, you can make more substantial salads with meat, fish, seafood, and boiled and baked vegetables.
Cook Olga Chymych shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious 5-ingredient salad that is hearty and easy to prepare.
Ingredients:
- Large chicken fillet - 1 pc.
- Hard cheese - 150 g
- Peking cabbage - 1/3 pc.
- Canned pineapple - 1 can
- Canned corn - 2/3 of a can
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp.
- Homemade mayonnaise - 3 tbsp.
- Salt, pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the fillet until tender in salted water.
2. Cut cabbage, cheese, pineapple and fillet into medium cubes.
3. Put everything in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, add corn and season with mayonnaise, sour cream, and mix. You can add herbs.
4. Put the salad in the refrigerator for 1 hour and you can serve a delicious dish!
