Light and spectacular shrimp and pineapple salad: what to dress with

Spring is coming soon. Therefore, instead of high-calorie mayonnaise salads, you should make vegetable ones. It will be delicious if you use seafood and make the dressing based on olive oil and lemon juice.

The idea of making a grilled shrimp and pineapple salad was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Iryna (irisha_redko). The dish is quite nutritious.

  • pineapple - 1/2 pc
  • shrimp - 200 g
  • lettuce leaves
  • brie cheese 150 g
  • avocado

Ingredients for the dressing:

  • olive oil - 2 tbsp.
  • grain mustard - 1 tbsp
  • honey mustard - 1-2 tsp,
  • honey - 1 tbsp.
  • lemon juice - 1-2 tbsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Peel the pineapple and cut it into rings.

2. Marinate the shrimp in olive oil, salt and pepper.

3. Grill everything until golden brown.

4. For the dressing, mix olive oil, grain mustard, honey mustard, honey and lemon juice.

6. Put lettuce leaves in a bowl.

7. Pour over the dressing and mix.

8. Put the sliced brie cheese, diced avocado, shrimp and pineapple.

9. Top with more dressing.
