Light and healthy quinoa salad: Olha Sumska shares her recipe
When you want a light, nutritious, healthy, but satisfying meal, this warm salad is the perfect option. All the ingredients are extremely simple and vitamin-packed – lots of vegetables, meat, and a real superfood – quinoa. It's easy to prepare and will suit those people who care about their figure.
The idea of making a light and very healthy warm salad with quinoa and vegetables was shared by the famous Ukrainian actress Olha Sumska in her Instagram story.
Ingredients:
- quinoa
- zucchini
- avocado
- broccoli
- chicken meat
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the quinoa, and let it cool.
2. Cut the zucchini into circles and fry in olive oil.
4. Assemble the salad: slice the warm chicken cutlet, chop, or simply fried fillet.
5. Add fried zucchini, broccoli, and pepper.
6. Chop the cherry tomatoes.
7. Season with soy sauce and olive oil.
8. Put on a plate, and sprinkle with quinoa.
