1. Orange lemonade
Orange lemonade
Ingredients:
- water - 2 liters
- oranges - 2 pcs.
- lemon - 2 pcs.
- sugar - 5 tbsp. l.
Method of preparation:
- Boil water and leave to cool.
- Wash the oranges and lemons well, peel them and squeeze out the juice.
- Cut the peel and throw it into the boiling water, add the sugar, and stir to dissolve it well.
- Turn off the heat and add the citrus juice to the lemonade, mix thoroughly.
- Do not leave the lemonade, but immediately strain through a sieve, cool, pour into a glass dish and refrigerate.
2. Lemonade with cucumber
Cucumber lemonade
Ingredients:
- cold water - 1 liter
- lemons - 5 pcs.
- cucumbers - 1 pc.
- powdered sugar - 100 g
- black salt - a pinch
- mint - 3 sprigs
- ice - 20 cubes
Method of preparation:
- Wash the lemons, cut them into pieces, place them in a blender, add the powder, a pinch of salt and whisk well until smooth.
- Add the prepared lemon mixture to the water and mix.
- Cut the cucumbers into thin slices and add them to the water along with the mint.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Recommendations
