- flour - 300 g
- water - 180 ml

Filling - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Pour the sifted flour and salt into a bowl.
2. Gradually pour water and stir. Knead soft dough for 10 minutes.
3. Cover the dough and leave it for 30 minutes.
4. Divide into 12-13 equal parts. Roll each of them into a circle.
5. Put the filling and pinch the sides.
6. Fry the pies in a pan for 5 minutes on each side.
