Lean pie with jam without eggs, milk and sugar: a quick recipe for baking for tea
If you have a jar of jam at home, you can use it to make a simple tea cake. It's easy to prepare: just mix all the ingredients and put it in the oven. In addition, such pastries do not require yeast, milk, sugar, butter, or eggs. Therefore, you can eat jam pie even during Lent.
Food blogger Iryna Onyshkevych shared the recipe for Lenten jam pie on her YouTube channel.
Ingredients:
- jam - 1 tbsp
- flour - 250 g
- water - 50 ml
- vegetable oil - 100 ml
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- vinegar - 1 tbsp. l.
Method of preparation:
1. Mix the jam with oil and water until smooth.
2. Add flour and knead a homogeneous dough.
3. Activate the baking soda in vinegar and add to the dough.
4. Put the dough into the mold. Bake at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes.
