Lean battered hake: how to make the dish healthy
Battered fish is often served on holidays and cooked simply for lunch. But this dish is considered quite fatty because it is fried in oil. Therefore, if you don't want to give up the batter and make the product healthier, you can use the proposed technology.
The idea of steaming hake in batter was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Nina Tkach with the nickname ninatkachseniak.
Ingredients:
- hake fillet
- eggs
- flour
- spices
Method of preparation:
1. Rinse the hake fillet, dry it with a paper towel and cut it into pieces.
2. Prepare an egg in one bowl, beaten by hand with a fork.
3. Pour the flour into another bowl.
4. Meanwhile, heat a frying pan.
5. Roll the fillet first in flour and then in egg.
6. Put it in a frying pan and fry lightly on both sides until the egg is set.
7. Put in a multicooker and steam for 15 minutes.
