Ingredients:
- zucchini - 1 pc. medium
- eggs - 4 pcs.
- potatoes (raw) - 2 pcs.
- hard cheese - 150 g
- ham (sausage or any meat) - 150 g
- oil - 2 tbsp
- flour - 3 tbsp.
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp.
- salt, pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Grate and squeeze the zucchini. Add eggs, spices, ham, flour, baking powder, oil, grated cheese and potatoes.
Base for the dish
2. Put the mixture in a greased baking dish and bake at 180 C for 40-50 minutes.
How long to bake
Serve with sour cream!
