Lazy varenyky with pumpkin filling: how to diversify the usual breakfast
Lazy dumplings are the perfect breakfast option and a real find for all housewives who want to feed the whole family something tasty and quick. And by adding a delicious filling, you can get an even healthier dish. Most often, cottage cheese or potatoes are used. But what about pumpkin?
An interesting recipe for lazy varenyky with pumpkin was shared by food blogger Anna Stankevych on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- cottage cheese - 200 g
- baked pumpkin - 100 g
- eggs - 1 pc
- sugar - 1-2 tbsp
- flour - 4-5 tbsp
- salt - a pinch
Method of preparation:
1. Using a blender, beat the cottage cheese with egg, salt, sugar and pumpkin.
2. Add flour and knead soft dough.
3. Put the dough on a floured surface, divide it into 3 parts, roll each into a sausage and cut into small pieces.
4. Boil in salted water until tender.
Serve with butter and honey.
