Lazy stuffed zucchini pancakes: how to cook a hearty summer dish
Delicious pancakes can be made with seasonal zucchini. They are perfectly fried and do not burn in the pan. You can add a budget filling of ham and cheese and it will be very satisfying.

Ingredients:
- zucchini - 500 g
- flour - 100 g
- chicken eggs - 1 pc.
- garlic - 1 clove
- green onions, salt, pepper - to taste
- turkey/chicken ham (or boiled fillet) - 100 g
- hard cheese - 60 g
Method of preparation:
1. Grate the zucchini.
2. Salt, leave for 5 minutes, and squeeze.
3. Add flour, egg, salt and pepper.
4. Mix thoroughly.
5. Grate cheese, ham and garlic. Add finely chopped onion and mix.
6. Put 2 tbsp of dough on a preheated frying pan and form a pancake.
7. Wait for the top to set.
8. Put the filling, fold it in half, and pinch the edges.
9. Fry on both sides until golden brown.
