Lazy sausage rolls in minutes: a favorite dish in a new way
Sausage rolls is one of the favorite combinations that has gained fans all over the world. The key is to make the right dough for the dish, but if you don't have the time or inclination, you can use ready-made puff pastry. You can't think of a simpler and tastier dish.

Recipe for sausage rolls
Ingredients:
- puff pastry
- sausages
- hard cheese
- egg yolk
- milk
- sesame seeds
Puff pastry
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the puff pastry into medium-sized rectangles. Roll them out.
2. Beat the egg yolk with milk.
Yolk for greasing
3. Put a slice of cheese on the dough and put a sausage on top on one side. Brush the other side with egg yolk. Wrap the sausage.
4. Form the rest of the rolls in this way and put on a baking sheet. Brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Preparing for baking
5. Bake at 190 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
