When there is no time at all for cooking, but you want to taste something delicious, a recipe for lazy salty pie will come to the rescue. It's made with phyllo dough, which means it requires minimal effort.

Ingredients for the pie

  • Filo dough - 400 gr
  • Olive oil - for greasing

Ingredients for filling

  • Sour milk cottage cheese 5% - 350 gr
  • Eggs - 3 pcs
  • Cream - 30%
  • Hard cheese - 100 gr
  • Spinach - 200 g
  • Spices to taste

Preparation method

1. Thaw the phyllo dough and cut it in half.

2. One half is set aside, and the other half is twisted into a roll and cut so that you get thin ribbons.

3. For the filling, beat all ingredients with a blender, add spices.

4. Grease a baking dish with olive oil and line the bottom with several sheets of phyllo dough, each of which is also greased with oil between each other.

5. Then lay out the ribbons of phyllo dough and the filling, laying the spinach on top.

6. Repeat one more time: sheets of phyllo dough - chopped ribbons of phyllo dough - filling - spinach.

7. Cover the last layer with a continuous sheet of phyllo dough, wrap the edges, grease with vegetable oil and rub cheese on top.

8. Top it with the remaining ribbons and butter again.

9. Bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
