Lazy plum strudel in pita bread from a nutritionist

Strudel can be made not only from apples. In the fall, many different fruits can also make an unrealistically delicious dessert. For example, plums, are very plentiful in Ukraine this year. To avoid fiddling with yeast dough for a long time, you can use ordinary pita bread.
Today, FoodOboz will tell you how to make a lazy pita bread strudel from nutritionist Tetiana Lakusta, which the expert posted on her Instagram page.
Tetiana notes that plums are very healthy because they are rich in pectin.
- Thin unleavened pita bread – 2 pcs
- Plums – 300-400 g
- Eggs – 1 pc
- Butter – 2-3 tbsp
- Sugar – 1 tbsp
- Oatmeal – 2-3 tbsp
Method of preparation:
- Cut the pitted plum halves into cubes.
- Cook butter, sugar, and plums in a frying pan for 5-7 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Grind the cereal in a blender or coffee grinder.
- Put the cooked plums on a sheet of pita bread, and add the ground flakes on top.
- Roll up the pita bread, and tuck the edges inward.
- Brush the top with a beaten egg.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle with powder when serving.
