Strudel can be made not only from apples. In the fall, many different fruits can also make an unrealistically delicious dessert. For example, plums, are very plentiful in Ukraine this year. To avoid fiddling with yeast dough for a long time, you can use ordinary pita bread.

Today, FoodOboz will tell you how to make a lazy pita bread strudel from nutritionist Tetiana Lakusta, which the expert posted on her Instagram page.

Tetiana notes that plums are very healthy because they are rich in pectin.

  • Plums – 300-400 g
  • Eggs – 1 pc
  • Butter – 2-3 tbsp
  • Sugar – 1 tbsp
